In 2023 the new SportSpa was opened in one of the most beautiful wellness hotels in Germany: the Mawell Resort in Langenburg. In addition to new sport facilities, the clients requested particular attention to creating a pleasant ambience for relaxation.
rossin was able to realise this request with its designer upholstered furniture!
With nido and picco, smaller seating islands were created that invite the guests to have a relaxed conversation.
In the centre of the spa, the rail bench has a very special place. Placed on a pedestal and upholstered in red velour fabric, it becomes the highlight of the facility. The generous rounding offers space for a group of friends, whereas nido and picco are smaller and offer a retreat with privacy.
In the Aktiv-Bar, the sofie bar stools are positioned along the counter and, thanks to their swivel base, allow guests to have a 360° conversation.

In 2022, rossin already supplied the seating furniture for the Zentral Essen & Trinken in Amberg (see project on the website).
Thanks to that good cooperation and the high quality of the upholstered furniture, rossin was entrusted with a new project in 2023: the Bootshaus on the river Vils in Amberg's old town (D).
The old buildings were renovated with great attention to detail. Today it is a place to meet, enjoy and feel good. Also thanks to the upholstered furniture from rossin.
In the restaurant, guests dine on comfortable sofie armchairs. In the library, the deco invites you to a cosy chat and the cocktail chair diana highligts some hidden corner of the hotel.
Very much in the spirit of the Bootshaus, the classics from rossin also tell a story - the story of love for good and functional design that doesn't impose itself but is still seen!

Sportlers Lodge

An impressive setting with glaciers, steep mountains and pine-green forests captivate the guests. Large windows allow nature to become part of a brand new, modern lifestyle hotel with urban charm - the Sportlers Lodge in Sölden (A).
On this majestic stage, the sofie chairs and barstools from rossin become the antithesis. The shell seems to be suspended on a filigree metal base. The anthracite-coloured fabric is reminiscent of the rocky mountains.
Guests gaze on this unrivalled natural scenery sitting on the stampede rocking stools, placed in front of the large windows. In this context, rossin‘s upholstery moves to the background, though, without loosing its visual presence.

Pizzeria Roma

The Pizzeria Roma in Tesero is furnished with armchairs model samurai.
A cosy atmosphere welcomes the guests. The warm, earth-coloured fabric with which the armchairs are upholstered, perfectly harmonise with the wooden tables and wall panelling. The clip-like backrest provides comfortable support without appearing bulky. The black lacquered metal bases gives a balanced contrast.
In the cocktail bar, the metal bases have a golden colour. A personal wish of the client, who elevated the samurai armchair to a piece of jewellery. Covered with a high-quality fabric in a rich fir green, the armchairs bring the landscape around Tesero into the room.

ChaletD
With the realisation of the project ChaletD a luxurious holiday chalet in the middle of the Austrian Alps surrounded by impressive mountains become reality. Indoor, the seating furniture by rossin design gives the space an exclusive charakter and invites the guests to sit comfortable and simply to relax. The interior concept based on soft materials, soft colors, and colorful LED lighting is perfectly going with the rossin design. The central element of the Chalet is the spa area. In this area the shades of blue in the furniture, used in the cushions and curtains are a nod to water. Our tonic metal barstool integrates impressively and has a dynamic appearance.
A modern kitchen as well as a large dining area and a spacious living area on the middle floor are the centrepiece for socialising. In the kitchen, the sofie chairs by rossin design allows a stylisch and enjoyable stay. rossin lounge furniture finds its place in the spacious living room, such as the riffel lounge chair and sinuè lounge chair.

Alpinhotel Keil

In the heart of Val Pusteria, in the middle of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage), at the Plan de Corones, lies the Alpinhotel Keil. Its history begins with a traditional, almost 400-year-old farmhouse, which was given a distinctive name because of its geographical location on a wedge-shaped piece of land: “Beim Keil”, which means “at the wedge”. Today the 4-star Superior Hotel is run by the fifth generation.
Holiday starts with inspiration. And there's plenty of it at the Alpinhotel Keil and around it.

Multiplying creative potential collaboratively, with ease, honesty and fun when designing – was the motto of the collaboration with the fashion-label handstich. rossin’s “special edition” models in handstich design have been conceived thanks to this creative exchange. Design elements of the handstich collection, the fashion DNA, were transferred to rossin's design furniture through haptic materials such as Steinerloden, lambskin and leather. Accents are set via loops, embroidery and bold contrast stitching and bright lacquered details. Design furniture meets fashion. The result can be seen and purchased at handstich trade fairs and events, in the handstich showroom and in the handstich concept store in Seefeld.
